In discussing the code, I was inspired by some of the ideas my collaborators suggested that ended up making the code more efficient.

 I went over the code and attempted to pinpoint the places that didn't work when I input the code into the computer. Expasy was also helpful to find the conjugated pairs

 I think it would have been easier to do this work by hand because it is much simpler to write out what we actually have in mind, but when it comes to giving the computer a command to perform your task, that's when it gets tricky. However, in the long run, once I become more comfortable with all the commands, this process will be much quicker than doing everything by hand.
