*Dr. Dahlquist noticed several lines that appeared identical but upon further examination the Array Data column differed from line to line.
*Line by line comparison with the raw data files [[Media:20131106_ArrayExpressrawdata_tATK_KM.zip|Raw Data]] determined that each raw data file was referred to twice in the Sample and Data Relationship, and it appeared that the experimental and control were from each raw data file were referred to separately in the Sample and Data Relationship file.
*It was also noted that the Cy3 and Cy5 information in the Sample and Data Relationship file was identical for each line; however, the raw data files included in their title what sample received either Cy3 or Cy5.
