- Biological Replicates: independent biological samples
- Examples: Patient A, B, C
- should have at least 3 or more replicates
- Examples: Patient A, B, C
- technical replicate: split a sample at some point in a procedure and run that...
- For this lab, biological replicates = technical replicates
- $ between cell positions keeps cells the same
