    • should have at least 3 or more replicates
• technical replicate: split a sample at some point in a procedure and run that...

• For this lab, biological replicates = technical replicates

• $ between cell positions keeps cells the same

• Note: for week 8, we did steps 5-7

• Multiply P value by number of ttests performed
