Mathematical Analysis of the Cold Shock Response in Saccharomyces cerevisiae

• Mentors: Dr. Kam Dahlquist and Dr. Ben Fitzpatrick
• Analyze differences in gene expression in S. cerevisiae, or budding yeast, in response to cold shock using DNA microarray technology.
• Developed protocol to perform within array and between array normalization of microarrays within R 2.7.2.
