- Analyze differences in gene expression in S. cerevisiae, or budding yeast, in response to cold shock using DNA microarray technology.
- Developed protocol to perform within array and between array normalization of microarrays within R 2.7.2.
- Model the dynamics of transcriptional regulatory networks with nonlinear ordinary differential equations.
