Part 1

  • A, B, and C are biological replicates (independent bio samples). We are looking at the variations in the disease itself.
  • Each bio replicate contains technical replicates.
  • We are only considering the bio reps; we are taking the average of the technical replicates and then finding the overall average for the bio reps.
  • T-test:was there a significant change in gene expression for each of the data sets.
