		+	#I want my teammates to care about the outcome of the project of course. It is important that everyone on the team is aiming to do good, diligent work, rather than sitting back and throwing something together because the project's goals don't matter to them. It's also important that no one takes over in a way that doesn't allow for other people to contribute. It is great to have a leader, but it is awful to be a part of team where one person doesn't trust anyone else with the work that needs to be done.
		+	#Teamwork goes smoothly when everyone has a specific job, sets out to complete that job, and continuously checks in with their teammates. It also goes smoothly when people are friendly, or at the very least know how to communicate in a way that is geared towards understanding another person's point of view, rather than just trying to assert their opinion so that other people agree with them.
		+	#Teamwork doesn't go smoothly when one person or several people slack off and other people have to pick up extra work. This makes for a bad dynamic within the group, and it ruins the trust between teammates. If you aren't able to complete the work that is asked of you, you need to communicate with your teammates, and figure out how else you can contribute. People are generally very understanding, as long as you are genuine/have good intentions.

+#I would like my teammates to be communicative and reliable. It's the worst when someone in a group doesn't show up for a time to meet or doesn't let you know ehre they're at with the work. I think it goes without saying that it's not fun to have a teammate that doesn't do any work. I understand if a teammate doesn't understand what to do, but I really appreciate effort. If everyone is putting in an effort, even if you don't understand what is going on in the class, the effort means something to the team as a whole.

Primarily, I want each member to understand how much work they must put in to the project and I want them to not only execute the required work, but go above and beyond. I have been in several group projects where I have carried incompetent team members and performed most of the work. Next, I want good attitudes. Even if the task given to us isn't the most exciting, or if it is particularly challenging, I want each member to behave like it is the most important assignment of their lives. Finally, I believe that a little bit communication can go a long way in a good team. Effective communication can solve problems and get tasks done faster.

		+	#I want my teammates to have dedication, so I know they will put in work on the project. I also want my teammates to care about their work, so they are not just mindlessly doing stuff, but actually putting in effort to the project. I would also want my teammates to be helpful, so I know I could rely on them if I had a question or needed some clarification.
		+	#Cooperation, so we can all contribute ideas that are equally valued, and we can all contribute productively in some way to the project. Another thing is communication, which is very important because then there is no misunderstanding. Communication also allows for clear direction and efficient productivity when everyone knows what they need to do and when and how they need to do it.
		+	#When teammates don’t help each other with the work then they do not become as productive, and their work is not as efficient. Moreover, if they do not have good organization of teammate roles, then the work is unclear, and there is a lot of confusion. A lack of effort and communication also do not contribute well to a good team; both are key factors to having a smooth running and productive system.

Group projects are much more effective when all of the partners in the group do the tasks assigned to them when they say they will. Furthermore, when problems do arise (as they always do), good communication skills can help limit these problems and make them much more manageable.
		+	#Perhaps the most important thing to make teamwork go smoothly is effective planning. If all of the tasks can be mapped out, and everyone is given a job to complete by a certain deadline, the overall project will progress much faster and with fewer complications.

Without communication, it is impossible to even set times to meet and work on the project.
