This week Katie and I worked on the annotated bibliography (below). We chose papers that provided more information on yeast gene regulation in response to cold shock. Pub Med, Google Scholar, and Web of Science were utilized to perform basic searches using key words as well as advanced searches which helped to narrow the results.
