GRNsight Lab Notebook

Beta Testing GRNsight

  1. To begin, I downloaded three different files from the GRNsight repository. One in .sif format, .xlsx format, and .graphml format.
  2. Next, I performaed test one and opened the .xlsx file in GRNsight and verified that both the file worked and the Show With Mouse Over button worked with the Hide/Show Edge Weights feature.
    • Test 1: Passed
  3. Next, I performed test two and imported the .sif file in GRNsight and verified that both the file worked and the Show With Mouse Over button worked with the Hide/Show Edge Weights feature.
    • Test 2: Passed
  4. Next, I performed test three and imported the .graphml file in GRNsight and verified that both the file worked and the Show With Mouse Over button worked with the Hide/Show Edge Weights feature.
    • Test 3: Passed
  5. Next, I performaed test four and opened the .xlsx file in GRNsight and verified that both the file worked and the Show With Mouse Over button worked with the Always Show Edge Weights feature.
    • Test 4: Passed
  6. Next, I performed test five and imported the .sif file in GRNsight and verified that both the file worked and the Show With Mouse Over button worked with the Always Show Edge Weights feature.
    • Test 5: Passed
  7. Next, I performed test six and imported the .graphml file in GRNsight and verified that both the file worked and the Show With Mouse Over button worked with the Always Show Edge Weights feature.
    • Test 6: Passed
  8. Next, I performaed test seven and opened the .xlsx file in GRNsight and verified that both the file worked and the Show With Mouse Over button worked with the Never Show Edge Weights feature.
    • Test 7: Passed
  9. Next, I performed test eight and imported the .sif file in GRNsight and verified that both the file worked and the Show With Mouse Over button worked with the Never Show Edge Weights feature.
    • Test 8: Passed
  10. Next, I performed test nine and imported the .graphml file in GRNsight and verified that both the file worked and the Show With Mouse Over button worked with the Never Show Edge Weights feature.
    • Test 9: Passed
