The coding team for JASPAR was given a list of deliverables on which need to be retrieved from the JASPAR API.

  • They Include:
    1. Matrix ID
    2. Class Heat shock factors
    3. Family HSF factors
    4. Sequence Logo (First Image)
    5. Frequency Matrix (Second Image)
