Electronic Notebook
Purpose
The purpose of this week's assignment was to finalize the deliverables. The deliverables ended with the making of a presentation of the re-analysis of the paper we read with a comparison of what we found. We also worked on a group report that summarizes the information.
Milestones
I completed the ACCESS datasheet along with Joey and DeLisa to hand off to our data analysts. From there the data was used to form a GRNmap.
Conclusion
This week's assignment was completed with the formation of the presentation that will be shared with the class.
