Purpose
The purpose of this week's individual assignment is to revisit the "Deception at Duke" case by analyzing microarray data and running statistical tests. This information is to be collected in a electronic lab notebook that will be built on in the coming class periods.
Methods/Results
The strain that I will be analyzing is dHAP4. The filename is File:BIOL367 F19 microarray-data dHAP4Ntesfaio.xlsx. This is where the information on strain dHAP4 was found.
There are 6,189 replicates total. The timepoints are t15 (4 Replicates (1-4)) , t30 (4 Replicates (1-4)), t60 (4 Replicates (1-4)) and t90 (3 Replicates (2-4)) and t120 (3 Replicates (2-4))

Conclusion
Acknowledgments
My homework partners this week are Aby User:Ymesfin and David User:Dramir36. We sat together during class periods to work on this assignment.
I would like to acknowledge Dr. Dahlquist for providing the methods for this assignment.
"Except for what is noted above, this individual journal entry was completed by me and not copied from another source."
