Purpose

The purpose of this week's assignment was to compile all the data from each group and create a final database including the schema outlining the relationships between them.

Milestones

  • Worked with Joey and Naomi to create a database including our group's microarray data.
  • Worked on final database compiling all groups data and Dahlquist Lab data against degradation rates, production rates, and metadata sheet.
  • Linked relationships and created a database schema

Conclusion

We were able to create a final database and uploaded schema to deliverables page for further analysis and for the final presentation.
