Electronic Notebook
- This week I served as a floater again in order to help the other team members if they needed it.
- I planned out the layout for our final paper and presentation.
- I completed the presentation aside from the coder and data analyst section.
- I also completed the intro and conclusion section of the paper as well as delegated tasks for the final paper.
- I needed to reread the journal club article Mary and I reviewed in order to connect our paper to theirs.
- I found that we had a really interesting similarity. Dr. Dahlquist's data showed the same two patterns as theirs did. There were genes that were upregulated in response to cold shock and downregulated in response to heat shock, then there were genes that were downregulated in response to cold shock and upregulated in response to heat shock.
