Dmadere Week 12

Purpose

The purpose of this week was to compile the meta data sheet with the information provided from the research article.

Methods

• Created sample-data sheet with information from article including the citations (authors, title, PubMed ID, DOI) and the research results (yeast strains, concentrations, time, number of replicates), to later be used to relate all the groups' data.

Conclusion

• After creating data sheet, I will work closely with the other coders to create the database.
