Purpose

This week David and I statistically analyzed the data using an ANOVA and worked with the Coder and Quality Assurance guilds to format the ID's and Standard Names properly.

Methods

  1. Downloaded Barreto et al. Data
  2. Ran ANOVA Analysis of Data
  3. Calculated the Bonferroni and p value Correction
  4. Calculated the Benjamini & Hochberg p value Correction

Data/Files

ANOVA results

Conclusion

After performing the ANOVA and removing all the duplicate values in the data set, approximately 1,231 samples were statistically significant (p<0.05). The ID and Standard Name columns were fixed by Dr. Dahlquist, and so we should be able to move on to run STEM in the coming days.
