Purpose

This investigation was done to start the data analysis of the wild type gene strain.

Methods & Results

  1. The wild type strain was analyzed. It contained 4 replicates for each gene and time point.
  2. The wild type data was downloaded from Week 7 Assignment.
  3. The username of the person working with the data was added to the end of the file name for identification purposes.
  4. The file was uploaded to Wiki.

Data

File:BIOL367 F19 microarray-data wt Avila.xlsx

Conclusion

Downloading the wild type data set and creating a separate file from the original are crucial steps for maintaining organized data.
