Purpose
- To learn the benefit of using Microsoft Access for data organization as opposed to Excel.
- To learn how to create a database with large amounts of data.
- To create personalized data queries.
Methods
- Import of Data onto Computer
- Download list of drugs from the [FDA Database]
- - Save to T-drive
- Unzip file:
- - Right-click on downloaded zipped file, click "7-Zip", click "Allow Access Here"
- Create Drugs Database in Microsoft Access
- Open Microsoft Access 2016
- Import Data:
- - Click file
- - Open Wizard
- Create Query
