• Created compiled raw data file using the following steps

1. Opened first of 18 raw data files in excel
2. Opened blank excel spreadsheet, titled 20131119_teamATK_KM_compiledrawdata
3. Titled column A "ID" and column B "control_Cy3_48hr_Cy5_1" (Note: column B, and all columns following the ID for the individual raw data files, relate to the individual data files, and can be found here Data Information)
4. Copied column L from raw data file into compiled raw data file, and pasted in column B "control_Cy3_48hr_Cy5_1"
5. Copied column AG from raw data file into compiled raw data file, and pasted in column A "ID"
6. Repeated steps 1-5 for all 18 raw data files which may be found here Raw Data
