- Downloaded the UniProt, GO and GOA source files in class on 11/18/15
- Set up the PostGreSQL database
- Started GenMAPP Builder and imported the source files.
- Started the export at 3:48pm. Ended at 5:06pm.
- Made the Gene Database Testing Report - Heavy Metal HaterZ
- Checked status of export on 11/22/15.
- Ran TallyEngine and uploaded screenshot of table as well as .gdb file.
- Used xmlpipeDB Match to fine total unique matches when using UNIPROT file and got 4079, which differed from the 4196 IDS we got from the TallyEngine.
